Whether you are building new or replacing concrete that has failed, the process starts the same way: proper excavation, sub-base preparation, and reinforcement for Eastern Idaho's conditions.
For replacements, we remove and dispose of the existing concrete before starting fresh. We do not pour over failing slabs or try to patch concrete that has structural problems. If the old slab is heaved, cracked through, or settling, it comes out.
We do not resurface existing concrete. If the surface is damaged but the slab is structurally sound, we can discuss options — but our core work is full-depth pours and replacements.
