From initial estimate through project completion. What to expect at each stage.
Free On-Site Estimate
We visit your property, assess the soil conditions, measure the area, discuss your finish preferences, and give you a written, all-inclusive quote. No pressure, no obligation.
Project Scheduling
Once you approve the quote, we schedule your project with a clear start date and expected timeline. We communicate any weather-related adjustments before they affect your schedule.
Site Preparation
We excavate to proper depth, remove poor soil when necessary, lay and compact the gravel sub-base, and set forms. This is where 15 years of Eastern Idaho experience matters most.
Reinforcement & Utilities
We install rebar or fiber mesh reinforcement based on the application. We verify drainage slope and ensure any utilities or transitions are properly addressed.
Concrete Pour & Finishing
We pour, screed, bull-float, and finish the concrete to your chosen specification — broom, stamped, colored, or exposed aggregate. Control joints are cut at proper intervals.
Curing & Cleanup
We protect the concrete during the curing period, remove all forms and materials, and clean up the site. For stamped and colored work, we apply sealer at the appropriate curing stage.
Handoff & Project Record
You receive a digital project record with before/after photos, material specifications, warranty paperwork, and maintenance notes. We walk you through care instructions for your specific finish.
